RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is a hybrid method that combines the best of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, CBT, and NLP. Unlike traditional therapy, RTT® works directly with the subconscious mind to find the root cause of issues and rewire them at the source - often in just 1 to 3 sessions.

Yes, hypnosis is a natural and safe state of deep relaxation. You remain fully aware and in control throughout.

However, RTT® is not recommended for individuals with:

  • Epilepsy
  • Schizophrenia
  • Psychosis
  • Bipolar Disorder

Most people describe it as a deeply calm, dream-like state - similar to meditation. You’ll be guided into a relaxed mental space where your subconscious becomes more open to healing and new suggestions. You will not lose control or consciousness.

Hypnosis is simply a relaxed, focused state — and most people find it easier than they expect. - but in reality, nearly everyone can be guided into a relaxed, suggestible state. If you're willing and able to follow simple instructions, you can be hypnotised. For those with a busy mind, I offer gentle tools to help you relax before the session.

Each RTT® session is tailored to you and typically lasts between 150–180 minutes. This includes consultation, hypnotherapy, and post-session guidance.

Most clients experience significant change after just one session. For more complex or layered issues, 2–3 sessions may be recommended. I will guide you based on your specific goals and progress.

Yes - and in many cases, even more effective. Being in the comfort of your own home helps you relax deeply and feel safe, which enhances the results. All online sessions are conducted via Zoom with clear guidance beforehand.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Laptop, tablet or computer. Preferably NOT cell phone. Device must be charged and plugged in for session to avoid interruptions.
  • A quiet, undisturbed space for 2–3 hours
  • A comfortable chair or recliner where your upper body is visible
  • Earphones or headphones to support deep focus
  • Ensure your camera is working and you have a stable internet connection for 3 hours
  • A glass of water nearby

You’ll receive a Zoom link and instructions via email ahead of your session.

You’ll receive a personalised transformational audio (15–20 minutes), created specifically for you. You’ll need to listen to it daily for 21–28 days to reinforce your transformation. I also offer follow-up check-ins at 24 hours, 7–10 days, and 21–28 days.

Most clients report feeling lighter, clearer, more relaxed, and empowered immediately after the session. Some notice subtle shifts over days, while others experience rapid breakthroughs. Transformation is unique to each individual - but it’s always real.
