LEELTHERAPY offers hypnotherapy using the unique Marisa Peer Method of Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®). While most issues typically require just one session, some clients may need two or three sessions to fully address their concerns.
Hypnosis is a natural, safe, and deeply relaxing process. You will remain fully conscious and in complete control throughout the session.
Regression Therapy
Regression therapy is a therapeutic approach that aims to resolve significant past events believed to be impacting a client’s current mental and emotional well-being. During hypnosis, clients may revisit childhood memories to uncover the root cause of their issues. The client and therapist work collaboratively in hypnosis to gain an understanding of where the belief or behaviour originated, with the goal of transforming it.
Accessing childhood memories during regression may evoke an emotional release, such as tears. It is important to understand that these memories are being reviewed, not relived. Any events that felt traumatic at the time are processed with a safe and detached perspective.
Client Responsibility and Commitment
Please note that hypnosis alone cannot guarantee success. The client must genuinely desire change and be open and motivated to achieve this through hypnosis.
The personalised Transformation Recording provided by LEELTHERAPY is an essential part of the therapy. Clients are expected to listen to this recording daily for at least 21-28 days to reinforce and solidify the therapeutic changes.

Confidentiality
All client data is kept strictly confidential in accordance with GDPR and professional standards.
Caution and Suitability
- Individuals with epilepsy or diagnosed psychotic conditions are generally advised not to enter hypnosis. If you have such a condition, you must disclose this prior to the session.
- Only individuals with sound mental health who feel confident that reviewing past events will not negatively impact their emotional or mental well-being should participate.
- If you or your healthcare providers have any concerns about your mental health, it is advised that you do not engage in regression therapy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your session to avoid charges. Any cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
Client Declaration
I confirm that I have read and understood the above terms and conditions, including the nature of hypnotherapy and Rapid Transformational Therapy®. I accept these terms and conditions.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
In line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), I am required to inform you about the data I collect, how I use it, and how it is stored. Please read thisstatement carefully.
What Data Do I Collect and Why?
- Name and Age: To help me get to know you and provide personalised support.
- Address, Email Address, and Phone Number: To contact you regarding your sessions. I will primarily use the method you first contacted me on, but if I cannot reach you, I may use an alternative method.
- Next of Kin/GP Details: In case I am concerned about your safety, I may contact your next of kin or GP. I will inform you beforehand unless it is not possible.
- Session Notes: Brief anonymous notes are taken during sessions and stored securely in a locked filing cabinet.
Will I Share your Data?
It is highly unlikely that I will share your data. I will never sell your data or use it for unethical purposes. However, I may need to share it in the following circumstances:
- If my notes are subpoenaed by a court.
- If I believe you or someone you mention is at risk of harm, I may need to pass this information on to appropriate authorities.
- During regular supervision, I may discuss cases anonymously, without revealing identifiable details.
How Is Your Data Stored?
- Your session notes are stored as hard copies in a locked filing cabinet. After our work concludes, I will transfer them to a password-protected computer under your initials.
- Your phone number(s) may be saved on my business mobile phone with your first name and last initial.
How Long Will I Keep Your Data?
- Session notes: Kept securely for 5 years after the conclusion of therapy.
- Phone numbers: Deleted from my mobile phone 3 months after our work ends.
Your Rights
You have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data.

I value your feedback and would like to use your comments, testimonials, or reviews to help others understand the benefits o the services I offer. This form explains how your feedback will be used, and by checking the boxw, you agree to the terms outlined here.
How Your Feedback Will Be Used
- Your feedback may be shared on promotional materials, including but not limited to:
- My website.
- Social media platforms.
- Brochures, flyers, or other marketing materials.
- Feedback will only include your first name, last initial (e.g., “Jane D.”) or be entirely anonymised unless you explicitly agree to be fully identified.
How Your Data Will Be Stored
- Your feedback will be stored securely in accordance with GDPR requirements.
